SRT push input

Receive single-program MPEG-TS from SRT callers.

input.srt.push

Accept SRT callers that publish single-program MPEG-TS. The handshake streamid becomes the stream ID.

`listener.passphrase`	none	Shared 10 to 80 byte SRT secret.
`listener.allowAnonymous`	`false`	Explicitly permits no passphrase. It cannot be combined with one.
`peerIdleTimeout`	`5s`	Lifetime of a silent peer connection.
