Dispergo Proprietary Software License Copyright (c) 2026 dispergo.net. All rights reserved. 1. Scope and ownership This license covers the first-party Dispergo software and accompanying documentation. The Licensor is the holder or holders of the copyright in Dispergo, using dispergo.net as the public project identity. The domain name does not identify a separate incorporated entity or transfer copyright. Dispergo is proprietary software. Access to its source code does not grant permission to modify, distribute, sublicense or publish that source code. Rights granted by a separate written agreement with the Licensor remain valid. 2. Preview use You may download, keep copies of and run unmodified official Dispergo binaries in preview mode without a paid license. Preview use is subject to the documented capability limits: one concurrent logical stream per process and graceful shutdown beginning one hour after process startup. Restarting a process begins a new preview hour. Features requiring a full license are excluded from preview. 3. Full-license use Use of full-license features requires a valid signed license issued by the Licensor for your use. The license file specifies its validity interval. Any additional rights and commercial terms agreed separately with the Licensor continue to apply. Possession of a license file does not transfer ownership of Dispergo or grant source-code or redistribution rights. After expiry, the documented continuation of already admitted work, reconnects, queries, stop and drain remains permitted. Starting new licensed work requires a current license. Renewal takes effect through the documented restart process. 4. Reserved rights Except for the permissions above, a separate written agreement or rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law, all rights are reserved. You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense or publish Dispergo; remove ownership notices; or modify or bypass its license enforcement. Reverse engineering, decompilation and disassembly are restricted only to the extent permitted by applicable law. 5. Third-party software Third-party components retain their own copyright notices and license terms. This license does not replace those terms, claim ownership of those components or restrict rights granted by their licenses. Where this license and a third-party license differ for a third-party component, that component's own license governs it. 6. Warranty and liability Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, Dispergo is supplied as available, without a contractual warranty of fitness, availability, accuracy or freedom from defects. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor excludes liability arising from its use or inability to use it. Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. Project and licensing information: https://dispergo.net/
